Product description

To use the sleeping pad, take the pad out of its carrying bag. Then open the bottom Valve and place the pad flat on the ground. It will auto inflate itself. If you require firmer support, blow a few extra breaths of air into the pad. For softer support, let some air out of the pad until desired firmness. To inflate the pillow, you will need to either blow breaths of air into it or use an air pump. To pack up the sleeping pad, open the Valve and slowly roll up the mattress deflating it of air. You can kneel on the pad to help it deflate quicker as you roll it up. You may need to do this twice to get rid of all the air.
